FOODWe live and breath by our motto, “perfect your craft.” There are no walk-in coolers here; no freezers. The small nature of our operation allows for only fresh products. Each day we slow-roast the meats that go into all of our dishes. Our sandwiches are built on bread baked fresh and locally from G. Charles Bakery. The infamous five-blend mac & cheese sauce and house hot sauce are all secret, made from scratch recipes.

DRINKSA good meal should always be complimented with a
good drink. At The Workshop bar you'll always find cold beer including local & national craft brews, small-estate wines and a seasonal cocktail menu that features old-school classics as well as our own specialties. Our bar shelves are stocked with a broad selection of spirits including an extensive collection of bourbon and whiskey. |
